Who We Are

Sundaram Homes was founded in 2013 with a clear vision — to build homes that reflect quality, craftsmanship, and integrity.

Our founder S. Kamalanathan's journey into construction began at an early age, inspired by his grandfather R. Ranganathan, a master craftsman (Mesthiri) since 1950 with over 70 years of experience in real estate and construction. His deep knowledge of materials and workmanship laid the foundation for Kamalanathan’s passion and understanding of the art of building.

This strong foundation was further strengthened under the mentorship of Mr. S. Manavalan, founder of Abirami Builders. Working alongside him, Kamalanathan gained valuable hands-on experience across every stage of construction — learning not just how to build, but how to build right.

With this rich experience and guidance from two remarkable mentors, S. Kamalanathan – CMDA Authorised Civil Engineer established Sundaram Homes, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern construction practices to deliver quality homes.

The name Sundaram is a heartfelt tribute to his beloved father, who has been his greatest inspiration and strength. Every project by Sundaram Homes reflects the dedication, values, and care that shaped the founder’s journey.
